the lack of real posts is due to the fact that our neighbors moved…aka our free internet left the building (its not that bad, they knew!). how am i posting this? I am in the most awk corner in the living room, holding up my comp, stealing someone else’s… we ordered internet last week, it’ll be here by Friday.
Here is whats been up. Its cold here. COLD. I gave in and ordered a long puffy coat (Lands End- serious business)…I should be getting it soon! I pray soon, at least.
Classes ended!!!! I apparently passed (via email from my teacher)…but I have no idea what my grades are! I don’t understand parsons system for grades..its called alvin, like the chipmunk…why can’t they use blackboard like everyone else??? (tennessee and cincinnati).
I also finally quit the weekend restaurant gig. Last weekend was my last weekend, thank goodness. I have more free time now, and I have no idea what to do! This is a terrible thing because now all I am gonna do is spend money…blah.
I REALLY want to go to the guggenheim, moma, and see the body works exhibit…
I want to see Precious, the blind side, the lovely bones, nine, ahhhhhhhh.
I am in DESPERATE search for a small chain crossover body purse and perfect new black FLAT boots.
This Friday will be my first day off in 2 weeks.
Even though I have this extra time now, I still don’t go to bed early…

2. My classes end this week…aka final projects due…aka no life this week.

okay I know its been a long while since a real post…but let me tell you…girlfriend has been busy! OKAY. lets begin with my bday.
Birthday: Actuatllly ended up being so much fun! First, we went to my favorite dimsum place, jing fong, and ran into Josh Flag from Million Dollar Listing!! Told my bro, he got sooo jeal. The real celebration started that night. I had no idea still what we were gonna do/where we were gonna go. I decided I wanted to get blackoutttttt so I took shots of Jack all night. We found the perfect place…exactly what I wanted. Its called Plan B and it had GREAT music, kinda divey, cheap drinks (all free for me from the bar for my bday!), cute dudes, etc…blackout city did not happen for me. BUT I did have a lot of fun. The next morning/afternoon we went to brunch down the street from my apt…so great, but as soon as I had my bloody mary, a lil hair of the dog brough on the hangover! WTF!? my body is so opposite I dont get it.
Thanksgiving: The week after my bday my mom called me and asked me to find a ticket and come home for thanksgiving. So I did. Out of Philly. After a long day of travel, I am in Nashville, with my family. ACtually had the most fun at thanksgiving I have ever had. about 20-25 family members were at my brothers new house, eating the food he made for all of us. YUM! (pics to come on the book later). My ‘cousin’ Tom was visiting from London, so I took it upon myself to show him the fun side of Nashville, cause I know my brother and mom and uncle would not. Omg, he wrote my a lil fb msg saying it perfectly. Thank you blah blah blah, “I am absolutely shagged but it was all well worth it.” Yep, I am the favorite family member. This is what the weekend included: Food, Varsity Inn, Melrose Pool, GH Mall, IM, Farm Party at Rachel J’s/Bon Fire, Carrie’s house party/reunion/flip cup and beer pong, Loveless Cafe, Preds Game, HonkyTonking, Bull Riding, etc…oh thats it.
After the night downtown, I had to catch a 1045 flight to Baltimore, a 2 hours delay, then a flight ot Islip in Long Island. I missed the train from LI to Manhat, so I had to wait an hour…then an hour and a half after that I am at Penn Station. And 30/40 min after that, I got to my apt. I was def without a doubt, absolutely ‘shagged.’
This week: I had the first drafts for my fashion line due, as well as had to have a huge chunk of my drapped bodice done, so I wouldn’t need help when sewing it (OH! I also got a great lil sewing machine in Nashville while I was home!!!!). pretty much I failed…but I got enough of it done to just show I had worked on it…as for my fashion line…I am not happy with it. The final is due next week, and we will see what I have created! Pics of that to come for sure!
